Derby County are offering a fantastic discount on the club's popular slime green away kit as a special deal for supporters who buy tickets for the Carling Cup quarter-final against Stoke City.

Any fan who buys a ticket for the clash at the Britannia Stadium, on Tuesday December 2, will be allowed to purchase two of the club's green away tops for just £50.

That's a significant saving of over £30 pounds for adults.

Paul Jewell's team will be wearing the slime green kit on the night as the club plays in the last eight of the competition for the first time in almost 20 years.

An additional benefit for the army of supporters who make the trip to the Britannia Stadium is that they will be given priority on ticket purchasing for the semi-final clashes, should the Rams progress through..

The Rams have asked for the full allocation of 4,100 tickets for the game, with prices set at £15 for adults and £5 for concessions

Derby County President and CEO Tom Glick wants to see a sea of green in the away end for the quarter-final game.

He said: "The green kit has proved extremely popular and we've had some tremendous results in it on the road.

"In fact, we wore the kit for our previous Carling Cup victories away from home, against Preston and Brighton.

"The manager and the players love the strip and it will be a spectacular sight to see an away end with over 4,000 Rams fans in it all kitted out in green.

"We wanted to give an incentive to supporters to wear it for the quarter final clash and that is why we have come up with what we believe to be an excellent offer."

Platinum season ticket members - Thursday November 20
Season ticket holders - Friday November 21
Gold members - Monday November 24
General sale to Derby County supports - Tuesday November 25
