Darren Moore felt Derby gifted Blackburn Rovers all three points by not making their opponents work for their goals.

Kenny Miller had put the Rams in front at Ewood Park but Roque Santa Cruz's double and a Jason Roberts strike earned victory for the home side.

However all three goals could have been prevented, leaving Moore a frustrated man when he spoke to www.dcfc.co.uk after the final whistle.

He said: "We had a good start to the game and Kenny capitalised on their back four staying in and finished his goal well.

"It was a bit disappointing to go in 1-1 at half-time but we switched off and if you do that in this league you get punished.

"We came out for the second half and at this level of the game you cannot afford to give them goals.

"The three goals today were, for me, given to Blackburn by lapses in concentration and just not communicating.

"We have given Blackburn three goals today as opposed to them earning the goals.

"As a defender your philosophy is that if teams are going to score against you then you want them to work hard for it, and they have not had to do that today."
