How would you like to play for Derby County alongside some of our greatest ever players and some of our most famous supporters?

This is your chance, as we are looking for three lucky fans to play for us in the Premier League All Stars, a spectacular charity football event to be held in London in the autumn.

The knock-out indoor tournament (held in conjunction with the Premier League's Creating Chances initiative) will feature all 20 Barclays Premier League clubs, and will be screened live on Sky One over eight nights between from September 22-30.

Legends, celebrity supporters and loyal fans will come together to represent their club and compete for the substantial prize money which will be donated to each club's nominated charity.

The selection process will unfold during the summer and the first step has already started - fans interested in taking part have until midnight on July 25 to submit their applications on line (details below).

Trials will be held in early August and the three winners (one in each age group: 18-24, 25-34 and 35+) will go through to represent the club in London in September.
